OEM & ODM Tableware Programme

A private-label tableware programme covers everything between your concept and a container leaving Liling: body selection or new tooling, decoration development, packaging, QA and shipping documentation. Running it with a single manufacturer removes the coordination cost of splitting mould making, forming and decoration across suppliers.

We form on automatic roller and jiggering lines, press square and irregular shapes, and cast organic hollow ware on 18 injection forming lines — so the shape you need usually determines which route we quote.

1. Brief and shape selection. You share the range, price point and target markets. We propose existing shapes that fit, or quote new tooling where nothing matches.

2. Tooling. CNC mould making in our own mould shop. New moulds take 10-15 days to first sample; existing moulds take 7-10 days.

3. Decoration development. Reactive glaze, silk-screen, hand painting, decal or 3D embossment. We match supplied samples or Pantone references.

4. Sampling and sign-off. Physical samples shipped for approval, with glaze and dimensional tolerances recorded.

5. Production. Scheduling depends on season: 60 days in the slack season, 90 days at peak.

6. Inspection and shipping. In-line QC plus final inspection, then carton configuration and FOB documentation.

You receive an approved sample set, agreed tolerances, and production cartons ready for container loading. We hold the moulds and glaze recipes for repeat orders, so reorders skip tooling entirely.

For buyers running several retail programmes, the same stoneware body can carry different glazes and decals, which keeps tooling shared across the range.
